Khaled joined TL;DR as Principal in December of 2022, and has quickly hit the ground running offering a fresh new perspective for the TL;DR team and clients. He’s a natural entrepreneur & leader, starting his days at 4 AM with a nice cup of coffee to get a jumpstart on projects before the business world wakes up. His one piece of advice to business owners? Ask yourself if you are creating just another job or a business. Ideally, you should be building something that doesn’t require you to be there 40 hours a week!
Usman started with TL;DR at the beginning of 2023 and is already enjoying the impact that he is able to have on small business owners. Depending on the time of the year, you will find him preparing and reviewing tax returns, or studying our client’s businesses and industries so we can provide world-class tax planning opportunities. Lisa joined us in July 2022 and she loves the flexibility that she has with taking care of her kids and having a work-life balance at TL;DR: Accounting. In her spare time, she loves to bake and use her Cricut all while watching Hallmark Christmas movies any time of the year. In the spring, she’s a full-time competition dance mom and loves every minute of it!
Johana joined TL;DR in October 2024, bringing her experience from a variety of fields, including photography and accounting. While this is her first role at a fully accounting-focused company, she’s excited about the new challenges and opportunities it offers. Johana loves how the company is managed and enjoys learning something new daily from her team. Johana enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. Paula joined TL;DR with a love for numbers and a passion for learning. Math was always her favorite subject, and now she enjoys expanding her knowledge in accounting. She appreciates TL;DR’s user-friendly approach, allowing clients to easily connect with professionals. Outside of work, Paula spends time with her daughter, loves being active, and enjoys nature walks. Her favorite advice for small business owners? While she originally pursued the field thinking it was all about math, she quickly discovered it was much more complex. Camille enjoys working remotely, appreciating the flexibility and supportive team environment. Outside of work, she loves walking, watching movies, and getting plenty of rest.
